Core Communications Program
Who Should Attend?
Those who lead teams, jobs, or meetings and want to have more influence.
Anyone who has direct contact with clients and aims to have more impact.
Managers who want to have more confidence and lead more effectively on and off the job.
85% of your financial success is due to your personality and ability to communicate, negotiate, and lead.
Shockingly, only 15% is due to technical knowledge.
Carnegie Institute of Technology
The goal of the Communicate to Win: Core Program is to give participants the hands-on opportunity to speak and listen in ways that create connection.
Real connection leads to influence and influence leads to impact. Through real-world examples and exercises, your people will “grow comfortable with discomfort” when they speak or present.
They will be challenged to develop the skills to more effectively inspire and mobilize others rather than default to command and control.
