About Patrick
Patrick McGowan is a leading expert on increasing credibility and confidence across all communications. He started Punchn Communications in 2020 because he looked like a potato on camera—and has since helped 100+ professionals achieve more influence across the lens.
He is a teacher, advisor, and speaker of how to communicate with power, presence, and credibility. His clients report achieving more clarity, solving more problems, and experiencing more influence after working with him.
He started his 40+ year career in communications as a paperboy and eventually went on to lead healthcare innovation, manage a manufacturing startup, and serve in multiple communications and customer-facing roles—to name a few.
He is also a professional sourdough bread baker.
